Repair, Boundaries & Intimacy
A One-Day Immersive Workshop for Couples
What becomes possible when intimacy is rooted in choice, not obligation?
Desire doesn’t disappear because love fades. It fades when bodies don’t feel safe, heard, or free to say yes and no with honesty.
This one-day experiential workshop invites couples to slow down, drop out of their heads, and reconnect through embodied consent, clear boundaries, and skillful repair—the foundations of lasting intimacy.
Held in an intimate container of just five couples, this experience is designed to be spacious, tender, and deeply human.
This is an invitation to feel safer speaking your no—and more alive in your yes; to release patterns that quietly erode trust and desire; to learn how to return to one another after moments of rupture; to experience intimacy as attunement rather than performance; and to rebuild connection through presence, choice, and care.
Learning through the body, in real time, with your partner.
What You’ll Experience & Learn
Through guided somatic practices, partner exercises, and facilitated reflection, couples will explore:
Consent as a felt experience
How to notice and honor subtle body signals—yours and your partner’s
Boundaries that create closeness instead of distance
How to interrupt cycles of shutdown, pursuit, or resentment
Repair practices that restore trust after conflict or misattunement
The difference between obligation, accommodation, and authentic desire
How safety, choice, and curiosity naturally support intimacy
All practices are opt-in, trauma-aware, and adaptable. You are always in charge of your own pace.
