Frequently Asked Questions

  • Nikki is a holistic somatic coaching practitioner devoted to embodiment, emotional resilience, intimacy, and empowerment. Her work integrates nervous system regulation, body awareness, and relational healing to support individuals and couples through life transitions, sexuality, pregnancy, partnership, and personal transformation.

At its heart this work is about coming home to yourself — your body, your truth, and your sovereignty.

  • Somatic coaching is body-based, nervous system–informed work. Instead of only talking about change, we include the wisdom of the body.

Through guided awareness, breath, reflection, and embodied practices, somatic coaching helps you:

    • Regulate your nervous system

    • Strengthen emotional resilience

    • Clarify boundaries

    • Deepen intimacy and connection

    • Build self-trust

This is integration work — mind and body together.

  • I work with:

    • Individuals seeking empowerment, consent clarity, and sexual embodiment

    • Individuals navigating life transitions, identity shifts, or emotional overwhelm

    • Couples wanting deeper intimacy and healthier communication

    • People exploring pleasure, boundaries, and relational sovereignty

    • Expecting and new parents seeking grounded pregnancy and postpartum support

You do not need to be “broken” to begin. You only need to be willing.

  • No. Nikki  offers somatic coaching, embodiment coaching, intimacy coaching, and workshops. This work is educational and transformational, but it is not psychotherapy or medical treatment.

If you are experiencing acute trauma, crisis, or severe mental health challenges, working alongside a licensed therapist is recommended.
